Registration and Ticket Information

To register, click on the button below and fill out the form. After completing this form, you will receive an invoice via email to pay your registration fee. Payment can be via Credit/Debit Card. Want the Early Bird registration fee? Click the link and register by Wednesday November 19! 

Cost

Please follow the steps listed above to complete registration and payment for Reed Day. We encourage everyone to purchase your tickets prior to Reed Day. If you are unable to, you can purchase your ticket at the registration table the day of. Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card.

Early Registration – $20
  • Register by submitting this form by Wednesday, November 19th.
  • Full access to all events.
  • Welcome packet with reeds and other swag.
Full Day at-the-door Registration  – $25
  • Register at the door (after Wednesday, November 19th).
  • Full access to all events.
Discount per sibling – $5 off
  • Parents registering more than 1 child will receive $5 off per additional child. Example: 1 child $25 (full day at-the-door registration), 2 children $45 total, 3 children $65 total.
Fee waivers availble for qualifying students (see below).
Parents/Guardians – Free Admission

Registration fee waivers are available

When you register, a fee waiver can be granted to any participant who selects “yes” that identifies with one of the following:

  • You are enrolled in or eligible to participate in the US National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
  • You are enrolled in a federal, state, or local program that aids students from low-income families (e.g., Federal TRIO programs such as Upward Bound).
  • Your family receives public assistance.
  • You live in federally subsidized public housing or a foster home, or are homeless.
  • You are a ward of the state or an orphan.

About

University of Arizona Reed Day is an educational event for oboists, clarinetists, saxophonists, and bassoonists of all ages and abilities. There will be workshops, clinics, ensembles, concerts, and vendors with equipment to try and purchase. This event is hosted by Dr. Sara Fraker, Dr. Jackie Glazier, Dr. Eddie Goodman, Dr. Marissa Olegario, and the UA oboe, clarinet, saxophone, and bassoon studios.
